Can we get back to this? I miss this.

So I heard on the way home from work that Washaun Ealey is transferring from UGA. Whatever we thought of him, he was our leading rusher last year (1,528 yards and 14 touchdowns in two years). Right now, this is what I keep hearing in my head.

The magic of Twitter, ladies and gentlemen. NY Times football writer Judy Battista relaying an NFL Players Association statement about equality in the locker rooms at the exact moment that Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett tweets that women shouldn’t be in the locker room. I love Twitter. I really do.

I won’t pile on, but this hurts. I’ll try to look on the bright side…A.J. could’ve done a lot worse, and at least we’ll have him against Florida.

Mikey Henderson FTW, literally!

This is the first time I’ve ever seen a photo of this catch. I covered this game and was across the field when it happened and didn’t see the catch live. All I saw were the UGA players dogpiling in the endzone and the Alabama fans raining garbage upon said dogpile. Glorious. Great memory for my first road game….almost makes up for the beatdown the Tide gave us the year after.
